Processing Times

Each Luna Ray Jewelry piece is prepared with care. Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. During peak periods or additional preparation, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Orders usually arrive within 14–30 business days from the shipment date. In some cases delivery may occur sooner, but up to 30 business days should be expected.

  • Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipments & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise. We recommend reviewing your local import regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable), and we will review the case and assist accordingly.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luna Ray Jewelry piece. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer returns and exchanges under the policy below. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Window

  • Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested within the first 14 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Returns requested between day 15 and day 30 are eligible for store credit or exchange, unless local regulations require otherwise.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration.
  • All certificates, pouches, and accessories must be included.
  • Custom-made, engraved, final-sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Workofficebns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address (do not send items without approval).
  3. Please ship the item securely using a trackable method and keep proof of shipment.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued according to the policy above. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Warranty

Luna Ray Jewelry provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and clear photos.
